Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gifts & Gift Cards (as indicated in our product menu)
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

The Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our concierge team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use our Return Request Template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Washington address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please follow the same process as returns, clearly indicating in your email:

  • The item(s) you wish to exchange
  • The replacement item(s) you desire
  • Any size or color preferences

We will process your exchange once we receive the original item(s). Should there be a price difference, our team will contact you to arrange payment or refund of the balance.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
