All orders are carefully processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):

– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

Step 2: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Step 3: Securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Important: Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

Follow the same process as returns, clearly indicating in your email the item(s) you wish to exchange and your replacement preferences. We will process your exchange once we receive the original item(s). For price differences, our team will contact you to arrange payment or refund of the balance.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

International Returns

For our international clients (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties
